Handling and Delivery Policy
Handling & Order Processing:
For Non-Pedicure Chair Items: Upon receiving confirmed order, our warehouse staff will ship out the product(s) within and up to 2 business days. Items weigh less than 5 pounds will be shipped out by USPS Priority Mail, and items over 5 pounds will be shipped by FedEx,USPS, or UPS ground.
For Pedicure Chairs & Furniture: Upon receiving your deposits of up to 50% of the total amount, we will call to confirm your order once more. Final product inspection and cleansing may take up to 10 days. We expect a payment in full before shipping out the final product(s). We offer video chat to examine the final products or send you a video of the final products before packaging. We reserve the right to charge restocking fee of 35% if items were returned due to change of mind. Deposit will be non-refundable.
Delivery packages will arrive in boxes un-assembled or assembled and need to be handled with caution. You must inspect the package and product(s) before signing. Please report and video record any damages to the package or product(s) before signing.
Delivery Information:
Upon receiving your order, our sales person will contact you to verify and confirm your order and proceed to set up for delivery. Keep in mind that it may take up to 10 days for product final inspection and cleansing.
Delivery within the states of NC, SC, VA, GA, AL, TN, and FL may be handled directly by our company delivery service. We do offer delivery and installation services upon request.
Delivery outside of NC, SC, VA, GA, AL, TN, and FL may be handled by third party delivery company. Once we verified and confirmed your order and shipping information you have 24 hours to cancel. After 24 hours, we will not be responsible for any charges for re-routing. Shipment arrival date by 3rd party will vary depending on distance, and it may take up to 10 days to receive shipment.
